Champion Performance Physical Therapy is a privately owned practice dedicated to offering a high quality of care and personalized service to our patients. Our CATZ location allows for a more natural progression and transition back to your normal level of activity in an athletic environment.

While we specialize in pediatric and sports injuries, we also treat Worker's Comp, Medicare and general orthopedic physical therapy patients.
